SUBSTANCE: training range finder concerns means of an aiming and pointing and can be used as the device for training of range estimators in aiming or pointing of cannons and operated artillery shells. The range finder contains transceiver, positioners of horizontal and vertical prompting, optical block, display unit, calculator and information processing device. The optical block is executed in the form of the viewing channel and the digital indicator channel.

EFFECT: in creation of training conditions for range estimators close to the combat ones.
