SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to a medical technique, namely to an aerosol delivery device and a method for manufacturing an air channel wall of an aerosol delivery device. Device comprises an aerosol source providing formation of an aerosol from a source liquid constituting a liquid composition. Device includes an air channel wall forming an air channel connecting the aerosol source and an opening through which the user can draw in the aerosol during use of the device. In the device, a portion of the inner surface of the air channel wall has a surface finish providing an increase in wettability by the liquid composition. Method for manufacturing an air channel wall of an aerosol supply device comprises the step of processing a portion of the surface of the air channel wall in order to increase wettability by its liquid composition.

EFFECT: increase in the wettability of the air channel reduces the likelihood of drip condensation of the aerosol on the walls of the air channel and the entrainment of the droplets of the liquid composition into the user's oral cavity.
