FIELD: separation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of gravitational enrichment of finely dispersed mineral mixtures with reference to the ore dressing technique for dry gravitational separation of fine loose sands and finely divided ores containing valuable mineral components, including low-contrast densities. Dusty material gravity concentration air separator contains feedstock unit, concentrate and tailing outputs. Air separator is equipped with an air supply unit and an output unit for industrial products. Feedstock unit is supplied with a pre-enrichment chamber. Air supply unit is equipped with an air flow divider made in the form of a series of wedge-shaped slats rigidly fixed in front of the working chamber of the air separator. Tailing output is made in the form of a perforated tube located along the central axis of the separator. Pipe is muffled on one side and open on the other side, and the perforations on the pipe are rectangular in shape only in the area surrounded by the working chamber of the air separator.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the efficiency of enrichment of finely dispersed materials by density.
