FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Device for quantitative estimation of fluorescence and optical characteristics of tissues in vivo contains an optical probe. Probe includes a primary and secondary radiation transport system, represented by several separate optical fibers bundled together in a tow. In the center of the tow, a receiving optical fiber made with possibility to connect to the filter unit is situated, and around the receiving fiber, radially, at least twenty optical fibers are uniformly distributed; a monitoring system including a primary radiation source unit including at least one narrow-band radiation source for fluorescence excitation and at least one white light source, filter unit, spectrometer, control unit and input data. Filter unit includes a collimator, a system of two focusing lenses, the first of which is a concave lens, and the second is collecting lens, weaken optical filter placed between the lenses and a mobile device configured to move the filter perpendicular to the main optical axis of the lens.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the accuracy of measuring the content of fluorescent substances in biological tissues.
