FIELD: measurement; test.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control testing equipment and is intended for use in impact force tests. Gist: when the hammer moves in the direction of the normal to its flat surface in at least one plane perpendicular to the said hammer surface, along at least two straight lines, sensing elements of the recording devices are placed, the contact of the sensitive elements with the surface of the hammer is recorded. Spatial position of the contact and the speed of its movement are determined. Straight lines formed by the sensing elements are placed intersecting in one plane or intersecting in two or more planes parallel to one another, and the position and speed of the moving surface of the flat hammer are determined by geometric constructions and calculations using the registered values.
EFFECT: technical result: obtaining information on the actual spatial position of the flat surface of the hammer and its speed in the direction of the normal to it.
