METHOD FOR CORRECTION OF ENTERIC INSUFFICIENCY WITH PERITONITIS Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A61M1/28 A61K31/194 A61P41/00

Abstract RU 2657376 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to post-operative therapy. Laparotomy is performed, the source of peritonitis is eliminated, the abdominal cavity is sanitised. Patient is fitted with an intestinal probe to monitor intra-abdominal pressure and electrostimulation of the duodenum. At the end of laparotomy, laparaports are placed on the anterior abdominal wall. Multiple washing of the lumen of the small intestine with an aqueous solution of chlorhexidine or furacilin, isotonic sodium chloride solution is performed intraoperatively, with the addition of a wide range of antibiotics to pure water. At the end of the procedure, 200 ml of "Remaxol" solution is poured into the lumen of the intestine, the abdominal cavity is drained and the wound is sutured. In the postoperative period, electrostimulation of the duodenum is performed. Antiseptic solution is introduced through laparoports, and in the antiseptic medium ultrasonic sanation of the abdominal cavity is performed, changing the solution to pure water. Aspiration of the antiseptic is performed and "Remaxol" solution is injected into the abdominal cavity 2 times a day in amount of 200.0 ml, with a course of at least 3 days. In a particular case, patients undergo standardised treatment of pathology, including antibiotic therapy, infusion and detoxification therapy, stabilisation of hemodynamics and other vital functions.

EFFECT: method enables to relieve enteric insufficiency, maintain the functional status of the liver, relatively quickly restore motor and barrier function of the intestine, reduce the severity of the syndrome of enteric insufficiency.
