FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves determining lactoferrin content in blood serum and peritoneal exudate at the first day of postoperative period. Lactoferrin concentration being simultaneously increased more than 0.02 mcmole/l in blood serum and reduced less than by 0.04 mcmole/l in peritoneal exudate, enteric detoxication is to be indicated.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
