FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to dentistry, and can be used to predict complications of dental implantation. For this, when preparing the patient for dental implantation, the content of the end products of lipid peroxidation in their saliva is determined and, with a value of more than 0.015, an unfavorable result of dental implantation is predicted.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the accuracy of predicting the complications of dental implantation in the preoperative period, while reducing labor intensity and time to implement the method.
