FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry, and can be used for local immune correction during the dental implantation combined with closed sinus lifting. Betaleukin immunomodulator is applied locally, solution of which is used to irrigate the implant bone bed near the maxillary sinus mucosa by a sterile syringe with blunted needle before installation of the implant. “Coletex-Beta” gel is used to react on the installed implant area locally.
EFFECT: invention promotes reduction of dental implantation complications with closed sinus lifting, exclusion of the implant in case of perforated maxillary sinus mucosa due to stimulation of anti-inflammatory and repair processes by recombinant interleukin-1β, which improves functional results of treatment.
