FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry and maxillofacial surgery, and is applicable for an increase in the volume of the distal portion of the maxillary alveolar process in the patients with chronic polypous maxillary sinusitis. Autogenous bone chips are sampled in the trephine opening area and in the maxillary tuber in order to be added to the osteoplastic material to increase its osteogenic properties. Mucous membrane of the maxillary sinus is delaminated without disturbing the integrity and raising it to the required height. Perforation is performed to remove polyps from sinus. Lower part of the maxillary sinus mucous membrane is sutured on the upper bone wall through a boron-formed hole to reduce the size of the perforation. S-shaped arrangement of collagen membrane is performed to completely close the perforation. Allogenic cortical material is introduced into the upper subantral space to prevent further resorption of the newly formed bone tissue. Dental implantation is performed at bone height of 3 mm and simultaneously with width of alveolar process less than 6 mm of operation of intercortical splitting.
EFFECT: method enables the accessible and effective reconstruction of the maxillary alveolar process, the complex treatment, reduced length of rehabilitation of patients with no teeth and atrophy of distal portion of alveolar process of upper jaw in chronic maxillary polyposis sinusitis due to simultaneous sanitation of maxillary sinus, subantral augmentation, direct dental implantation with implants with micro-thread on the neck at residual bone height of 3 mm, use of osteoplastic xenotissue with autogenous shaving, as well as addition of allogenic cortical bone into upper layers.
