METHOD OF SILOING FODDERS PREPARATION AND STORAGE Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A23K30/10

Abstract RU 2657467 C2

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, namely to preparation of encilaging fodders from green mass. Method of silage forage preparation and storage includes grinding the green mass of the plants. Resulting mass is laid in soft containers, pre-installed into transport bags with insertion devices for hoisting machinery, made from an airtight film. Performing sealing, evacuation, ensilation of green mass with organic acids, formed during lactic fermentation, silos storage and transportation to the feeding place of animals. Vacuuming prepared for silage and siloing mass in soft containers is carried out repeatedly. First, the green mass in soft containers is compacted by pumping out air only until the juice is extracted. Then, released during fermentation gases are periodically evacuated from the soft container to a vacuum pressure of 25-30 kPa. At that, by the amount of extracted gas the intensity of oil fermentation and rotting is estimated. With exceeding of the specific release of gas of 0.3 l / kg per day, the feed additive Kormogumat AS is introduced with a consumption of 0.8-1.2 l per 100 kg. Implementation of the method provides an increase in the feed value of the resulting silage by reducing the loss of cell sap and increases the efficiency of control and the effect on the quality of the resulting silage during its preparation.

EFFECT: increase in the quality of the prepared fodder and its safety during the preparation and storage.
