FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to microstructured composite particles for use in implants, as well as to the use of microstructured particles as an additive, auxiliary substance or starting material for the production of implants and/or foam products. Microstructured composite particles are produced by a method, in which large particles are bonded with small particles, the large particles having an average particle diameter in the range of 0.1 mcm to 10 mm, the average diameter of the small particles is at most 1/10 of the average diameter of large particles, large particles consist of at least one thermoplastic polymer, small particles consist of calcium carbonate, small particles are located on the surface of large particles and / or are inhomogeneously distributed within large particles, characterised in that the small particles comprise precipitated calcium carbonate particles having an average particle size in the range of 0.01 mcm to 1.0 mm, and the weight fraction of calcium carbonate, based on the total weight of the composite particles, is at least 5.0 wt%.
EFFECT: implementation of the invention enables to obtain in a more efficient way microstructured composite particles with a lower degree of dust formation.
