SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite calcium carbonate-containing microstructured particles containing calcium carbonate, a method for production thereof and use thereof. In method of producing composite powder coarse particles are connected with fine particles. Coarse particles have average diameter of 0.1 to 10 mm and include at least one polymer. Small particles are placed on surface of coarse particles and/or heterogeneously dispersed inside coarse particles. Small particles include spherical particles of precipitated cobalt carbonate with average particle diameter of 0.05–50.0 mcm. Ball-shaped particles of calcium carbonate are obtained by a method in which calcium dioxide is added with carbon dioxide or carbon dioxide containing gas mixture and formed particles of calcium carbonate are separated. Besides, additionally 0.3–0.7 wt. % of at least one amine trialkylenphosphonic acid is added.
EFFECT: improved workability of the powder, which leads to improved surface cleanliness, density, shrinkage characteristics, dimensional stability and heat conductivity of structural parts obtained from composite powder by laser sintering.
