FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to the multi-cylinder synchronous energy-efficient high-performance hydraulic lifting system and its operation method, which can be applied for hydraulic lifts and construction lifting platforms and similar lifting devices. System contains an oil make-up circuit, speed and energy recovery volumetric control circuit, manual lifting circuit, synchronous locking circuit, hydraulic cylinders and tilting sensor. Oil make-up circuit is made with the possibility of the hydraulic oil replenishing in case of its insufficient quantity in a closed circuit system, caused by the synchronous locking circuit adjustment and the system leakages, and the oil temperature rise reduction. Circuit of the volumetric speed control and energy recovery is configured to supply power to the system, control over the speed and energy recovery. Manual lifting circuit is configured to lift and lower the platform in manual mode in case of system failures. Synchronous locking circuit is configured to control the synchronous lifting / lowering of the plurality of hydraulic cylinders and the cylinders locking when the platform is stationary. Tilt sensor detects the platform position and transmits the position information to the control center in real time via the feedback channel, in order to perform control by the closed circuit.
EFFECT: system is highly efficient and energy efficient and provides energy recovery and precise synchronization of hydraulic cylinders, and the lifting platform shows high resistance to unbalanced load, operates stably and has high reliability.
