SUBSTANCE: using pressure sensors, measure the oil pressure in the large and small cavities of the telescopic hydraulic cylinder. Controller controls the output electrical signal according to the value of the oil pressure in the large and small cavities. By means of an electrical signal, the amount of hydraulic oil entering the large cavity and the small cavity and from the large cavity and small cavity of the telescopic hydraulic cylinder are controlled, to adjust the oil pressure in a large cavity and small cavities. Device for determining and protecting a telescopic hydraulic cylinder of a crane is also provided.
EFFECT: smooth execution of the movement for extension and retraction is achieved, an abnormal condition is determined and measures taken to eliminate it; optimization of the control logic is achieved, effective protection for the entire telescopic system.
