SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling equipment, namely, a rock cutter type rock cutting tool. Drilling two-roller bit contains a body, paws with trunnions, on which rolls are mounted by means of a V-shaped lock. Cutters consist of concentrically arranged inner and peripheral parts of the cutter. Contact surface between the outer surface of the peripheral part of the cutter and the inner surface of the inner part of the cutter is made in the form of a curve of the second order.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of drilling bit operation efficiency.
