SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics, and can be used to treat degenerative-dystrophic diseases of the hip joint. To do this, put a cotton strip on the skin in the groin in the projection of the affected hip joint with a size of 10.0×5.0×0.5 cm for 1–1.5 hours, which is impregnated with a solution of nitroglycerin at a concentration of 2.5 mg/ml, covered with cellophane and sealed with a patch.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve blood circulation and metabolism in the affected joint and does not affect the patient's arterial pressure.
