FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for the span structures reinforced concrete beams reinforcement during the bridges repair and reconstruction. Bridge span reinforced concrete beam reinforcing method consists in fixing on the reinforced concrete beam in the suspension zone of inclined, and in the span part of the vertical rods with thread on the lower ends, the vertical tie-rods combination with each other in pairs across the beam axis by the threaded connections installation of support plates in the vertical tie-rods lower ends, enclosing the beam edge bottom stiffening reinforcement placement in the form of channel from the horizontal sheet and vertical flanges, on the support plates. On the vertical tie-rods support plates, the stiffening reinforcement is not placed in one piece, but by separate fragments of the divided into parts in the length the stiffening reinforcement horizontal sheet, alternately combining to each other into the flexible tape, preferably by welding, successively raising and pressing down to the beam edge bottom, rotating the vertical tie-rods lower ends threaded joints nuts, combined to each other stiffening reinforcement horizontal sheet fragments, then on the beam edge both sides, with a gap relative to its side faces, from the above to the metal horizontal sheet, flanges from the strips individual fragments are welded, sequentially adjusting them to the horizontal sheet surface and welding with the horizontal sheet and between each other from the place where the works start to the final section, weakening the threaded connections along the vertical tie-rods lower ends, pouring the adhesive into the gaps between the stiffening reinforcement flanges and the reinforced concrete beam's edge lower part edges and tightening again, compressing the adhesive seam. Use of this bridge span structure reinforced concrete beam reinforcing method allows to increase its reliability and reduces the reinforcing labor input due to the reduction in the stiffening reinforcement weight metal elements to acceptable parameters of manual lifting and assembly in the under bridge space cramped conditions. Greater flexibility of the horizontal sheet, which has small own moment of inertia at the stage of its fragments assembly and combining into the tape, allows to repeat the reinforced concrete beam shape with deflection, and fixing the strips by welding to the horizontal sheet secures this shape due to the sharp increase in the stiffening reinforcement cross-section in the form of channel moment of inertia.
EFFECT: increase in the bridge span structure reinforced concrete beam strengthening reliability, reduction of labor intensity.
