FIELD: bridge building engineering, particularly reinforcement of concrete bridge structures. SUBSTANCE: beam includes unit formed as plate with rib and reinforcing metal frame. Reinforced metal frame comprises pre-stressed inclined drawbars located in pairs from two rib sides, lower belt with rests and upper belt connected with lower belt by inclined drawbars. Lower belt rests have H-shaped sections and consist of one horizontal and two vertical plates surrounding beam rib by upper part thereof. Lower parts of rests are joined to each other by metal connection slats and transversal support plate so that rod members of lower belt are fixed to transversal support plate. Support plate is welded around periphery to horizontal and vertical sheets of lower belt rest and to connection slat. Upper belt is formed of horizontal sheet placed on upper unit flange edge and fixed by threaded coupling and end bend having transversal ridges. Inclined drawbars are supported by ridges and inserted into inclined orifices formed into unit flanges. Monolithic concrete layer is located above upper belt.
