SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of bridge construction and can be used to strengthen the span structures of existing bridges. Reinforced beam of the reinforced concrete span of the bridge includes the reinforced concrete block of a T-section in the form of a slab with an edge and a metal reinforcement frame consisting of the stressed rods of the reinforced concrete unit, which are arranged on both sides in pairs, the lower belt of reinforcement in the form of a channel, enclosing the bottom of the reinforced concrete unit, and the upper belt of reinforcement. Stressed rods are set with respect to the upper face of the slab of the reinforced concrete unit at the angle close to the straight line, the lower ends are fixed, for example, by means of welding, on the shelves of the lower reinforcement belt in the form of a channel, enclosing the edge of a reinforced concrete unit from below, the height of the shelves of which increases from the middle of the span to the end parts of the reinforced concrete beam of the bridge span structure, moreover, in the end sections of the shelf of the lower reinforcement belt the ribs of the reinforced concrete unit are connected to each other by means of bolted joints located in the openings, and the end sections of the shelves of the lower reinforcement belt protrude beyond the ends of the rib of the reinforced concrete unit. Upper ends of the tensioned straps are fixed in pairs on the upper face of the slab of a reinforced concrete unit, for example, threaded connections, have outlets from them embedded in the upper reinforcement belt made of a layer of monolithic reinforced concrete laid on the upper face of the slab of the reinforced concrete unit.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of beam reinforcement for the effect of bending moment and lateral force, simplifying installation and eliminating the design of stops for stressed rods.
