FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of porous aggregates for industrial, civil and road construction. Achieved result is the production of lightweight ash agloporite gravel in the utilization of ashes of thermal power plants. Mixture for obtaining ash agloporite gravel contains fly ash from TPP, mineral additive-plasticizer, natural or man-made, and solid fuel. In addition, the mixture contains asbestos-containing screenings at the following ratio of components, wt%: ash 65-85, mineral plasticizer 10-20, asbestos-containing screenings 5-15. Solid fuel is added to the feed mixture - a petroleum coke with a particle size of less than 1 mm in an amount of 7% of the weight of mineral raw materials.
EFFECT: it is a technical object of the invention to develop a raw mix composition that improves the thermal insulation properties of fly ash by increasing the pore volume in the ash granules.
