FIELD: building industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building materials and can be used in making filling agents for light concretes. Method for preparing an artificial porous filling agent involves preparing a raw mixture consisting of the dispersed siliceous component - ash from the heat and power plant and a binding agent, formation of a mixture as granules that are dried, calcined and roasted. Them the caking point of the prepared raw mixture is determined and the molded and dried granules are separated for three portions. All three portions are calcined at similar temperature but for different times - τ1, τ2 and τ3 and then all three portions of granules are roasted in the similar regimen at temperature lower the caking point of the mixture. Then granules are cooled and three series of control concrete samples are used from them and the concrete density is determined in each series: γ1, γ2 and γ3, and the calcinations time that is necessary for preparing concrete of the required density is used for assay of analysis data. Invention provides expanding technological possibilities of the method, reducing the specific consumption of material, labor and energy resources.
