SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of information and communication technologies, namely to the equipment providing training of ship drivers. Simulator complex contains prepared exercises installed on the computer, which is assigned to the instructor's control panel. All control panels of the trainee are grouped at the discretion of the instructor to jointly solve the discrepancy problem. They are distributed over the local network in the form of a public network, which is serial, for each group and for each student's control panel, taking into account the specific task for each. Individual personal computers communicate with each other through the instructor's control panel within the instructor-appointed group.

EFFECT: improving the quality of knowledge and skills of ship drivers in ship management when using radar information.
