FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a hydro (pneumatic) cylinder. Pistons (20a, 20b) are disposed in cylinder housing (14) in hydro (pneumatically) cylinder (10) in respective cylinder holes (12a, 12b), which are formed in a pair of main compartments (26a, 26b). Rod (46), where magnet (50) is located, is movably mounted along the axial direction in connection compartment (28), that connects one of the main compartments (26a) to another compartment (26b). Rod (46) and piston rods (22a, 22b) are connected to end plate (24), whereby rod (46) moves integrally with plate (24) as pistons (20a, 20b) move as a result of supplying the fluid under pressure. Magnetic field of magnet (50) is detected by detection sensor (36) mounted in cylinder housing (14), as a result the position of pistons (20a, 20b) along the axial direction is determined. Magnet (50) is detachably mounted with respect to rod (46).
EFFECT: invention is aimed at providing an opportunity to reduce the size in the longitudinal dimension in the axial direction of the hydro (pneumatic) cylinder and the number of its component parts.
