FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: field of application: electrical engineering. Ground impedance evaluation (22) device (36), connected to the ground of alternating current electric network (14), containing a phase, connected to phase conductor (18), and a neutral connected to neutral conductor (20), contains: electrical element (38) with a setpoint impedance, located between the phase conductor and the ground wire; first sensor (42), configured to measure a first value of the first electrical quantity between the phase conductor and ground and a second value of the first quantity; second sensor (44) configured to measure a first value of the second quantity between the neutral wire and ground and a second value of the second quantity; ground impedance computing unit (46).
EFFECT: technical result is to provide an opportunity to evaluate the impedance of the ground wire of several electrical installations connected to one network without additional leakage currents.
