SUBSTANCE: proposed device can be applied in data networks. Device has three identical windings placed on common magnetic circuit. Windings are made in such a way that they can be connected in series and aid to earth line, neutral line and phase lines of power lines. Device can be housed in case provided with plug and socket. Windings are connected to corresponding contacts of plug and socket.
EFFECT: lower level of high-frequency radiation and inducing.
