SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics, and can be used to prevent preeclampsia in women with an aggravated obstetric anamnesis (AOA). For this purpose, patients undergo periconceptional supplementation, a DNA is isolated and genes are genotyped, GC, rs2282679; CYP2R1, rs2060793; VDR, rs2228570, patients with identified genotypes C/C, A/C of gene GC, rs2282679, and/or C/C, C/T of gene CYP2R1, rs2060793, and/or C/C, C/T of gene VDR, rs2228570, are prescribed with a dose of vitamin D 4000 U/day, and when a genotype is detected T/T of gene VDR, rs2228570 and/or T/T of gene CYP2R1, rs2060793 and/or A/A of gene GC, rs2282679 in the absence of C/C, C/T, A/C genotypes of these genes, a dose of vitamin of D 2000 U/day is prescribed.

EFFECT: method allows preventing preeclampsia during pregnancy in patients with an AOA based on the received criteria for a differentiated choice of the optimal dose of vitamin D, prescribed for women planning pregnancy.
