FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, in particular to systems for electrosurgery. Electrosurgical system comprises an electrosurgical controller including a processor, a memory device, a voltage generator comprising an active terminal and a spatula connector adapted to be connected to an electrosurgical spatula connector, an electrosurgical spatula comprising an elongate shaft defining a proximal end and a distal end, and a first active electrode disposed at the distal end of the elongated rod. Controller is configured to be connected to a peristaltic pump comprising a rotor connected to an electric motor, the motor is operatively connected to the processor. In the memory device, a program is stored, which, when executed by the processor, induces the processor to perform at least two modes of operation during the electrosurgical operation, wherein the processor realizes the first mode of operation by adjusting the flow rate of liquid supplied to the opening at the distal end of the electrosurgical spatula, in which the opening is located near the first electrode, and a mode of regulating the energy supplied to the first active electrode by the electrosurgical controller.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to increase the ease of performing surgical procedures in a mode of operation selected based on the type of tissue.
