FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is intended for use in maxillofacial surgery and orthopedic dentistry (anaplastology). Device for intraosseous fixation of facial external prosthesis comprises an implant, which is a cylindrical body, on the outer surface of which there are threads, from one end of the cylindrical body there is a longitudinal recess of polyhedral shape, in the central part of the bottom of the longitudinal recess of polyhedral shape there is an additional recess of smaller diameter with internal threads. Intermediate piece, which is an elongated body having a polyhedron-shaped protrusion at one end located in the longitudinal recess of polyhedral shape of the cylindrical body of the implant, is mounted on the implant. Elongated body has a through axial opening which, on the side of the protrusion, narrows with a ledge on the elongated body within the through axial opening. On the elongated body from the outside there is an additional protrusion, which is turned by a supporting surface to the side opposite to the projection, in the form of a polyhedron. Inside the through axial opening of the elongated body of the intermediate piece, a screw with an external thread is mounted, the head of the screw trusts against the ledge on the elongated body within the through opening of the intermediate piece. External thread of the screw is screwed into the internal thread of the additional recess of a smaller diameter of the implant. On the intermediate piece, a fixing assembly for fixing the prosthesis consisting of a base of the fixing element fastened to the intermediate piece and the fixing element for connection to the external prosthesis is assembled. Base of the fixing element is a flat body having in plan a polyhedral outer surface, wherein the end of the flat body has a cylindrical protrusion with an external thread. Base of the fixing element is made of a magnetized material or alloy, and the fixing element has a magnet inside and is connected to the body of the external prosthesis by means of protrusions. In the through axial opening of the elongated body of the intermediate piece, from the side opposite to the protrusion, an internal thread from the end of the intermediate piece is made. Cylindrical protrusion of the flat body of the base of the fixing element has such a diameter, so its external thread engages with the internal thread made in the through axial opening of the elongated body from the end of the intermediate piece from the side opposite to the protrusion. In the screw head there is a recess for screwing, the length of the screw is selected so that after twisting it into the implant, at least a part of the internal thread is opened in the through axial opening of the elongated body from the end of the intermediate piece with the possibility of further screwing the cylindrical projection of the base of the fixing element into it.
EFFECT: invention provides higher strength and reliability of intraosseous fixation of facial external prosthesis.
