SUBSTANCE: method is proposed in which a bone cavity is created to install an implant and an implant with an external screw thread is screwed into the cavity to the required depth. At that, a cavitywith length smaller than the full length of the implant is created, the implant is screwed into the created cavity, and then screwed to the remaining required depth. The method used includes an extended cylindrical body from one end of which, on the outer surface of the extended cylinder-shaped body there is a thread that provides self-cutting of the bone during screwing of the extended cylinder-shaped body, and from the other end of which there is a means for installation of this extended cylinder-shaped body and/or extra-osteal part for subsequent prosthetics. At that, on the extended cylinder-shaped body from the end, from which the thread begins with a cutting step providing bone self-cutting during screwing of the extended cylinder-shaped body, there is a longitudinal groove, in the walls of which, along its longitudinal length, there are holes that extend to the outer surface of the extended cylinder-shaped body, and the end part of the extended cylinder-shaped body, from the end of which the thread begins with a cutting step providing bone self-cutting of the during screwing of the extended cylinder-shaped body, has cutting teeth with cutting edges.
