FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the surgical treatment of degenerative diseases of the spine. A set of instruments for carrying out transpedicular fixation of the spine with modeling of rods and fixation of transpedicular and locking screws contains a handle, an awl for perforating the cortical layer of the vertebra and forming a bone canal in the vertebral pedicle, a probe for checking the integrity of the walls of the bone canal, a screwdriver with a multifaceted tip for inserting and removing transpedicular screws, a multi-head screwdriver for inserting and removing locking screws, a locking screw wrench for tightening locking screws and breaking off the hex part, and a bender for modeling bars and fixing multiaxial pedicle and locking screws. An awl, a screwdriver with a multifaceted tip for inserting and removing transpedicular screws, and a screwdriver with a multifaceted tip for inserting and removing locking screws are made at the rear end in the shape of a polyhedron from the end for part of the length, behind which there is an annular groove. The locking screw key includes a shank and a tip. The shank on one side is made from the end part of the length in the shape of a polyhedron, behind which there is an indented annular groove for connection with the handle, and on the other side it is connected to the tip of the locking screw key, which has a cylindrical shape. Inside the tip of the locking screw key, on the side opposite to the shank, there is a longitudinal axial hexagonal hole, which turns into a cylindrical hole; in the longitudinal axial hexagonal hole from the end of the tip, a transverse annular groove is formed in the wall, into which a ring of elastic material is inserted, and on the opposite side of the tip, in the section of the cylindrical hole on the side of the shank, there is a rectangular transverse through hole in the wall of the tip to remove broken parts of the locking screws and a cylindrical transverse through hole located opposite it, symmetrically relative to its center, and the handle is made with a tip with the ability to capture the rear ends of an awl and screwdrivers and with possibility of gripping the key shank.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides multifunctionality and more efficient and faster operation.
