SUBSTANCE: device for lower jaw prosthetics includes a bone plate designed to be fixed on the body of the lower jaw, and a lower jaw prosthesis with the ability to move them relative to each other. The device contains an oblong body equipped with a slider, to which a prosthesis of the lower jaw is attached, and on one side of the elongated body a bone plate is attached via a rotary axis with the possibility of fixing the angle of rotation, and on the other side — a means for moving the slider along the oblong body, containing a screw for moving the slider, the end part of which is located on the side opposite to the bone plate, and has a mechanism for step-by-step movement of the slider. The mechanism for step-by-step movement of the slider contains an adapter with a multifaceted longitudinal hole and a transverse through hole in the wall, welded to the end of the screw located on the side opposite the bone plate, into which a multifaceted end protrusion of a removable drive with a spring-loaded retainer is inserted, containing a rod with a ring-shaped widening, placed inside a through transverse hole inside the body of the end polyhedral protrusion of the removable drive.

EFFECT: possibility to eliminate functional disorders and facial asymmetry is achieved by expanding the elements of the prosthesis without causing unwanted stress in the structure and without dislocating the fixing screws; lengthening in the body and jaw branches; preventing reverse twisting of prosthetic elements; gradual expansion of the prosthetic elements is as convenient and comfortable for the patient as possible with minimal surgical trauma.
