FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the nondestructive inspection of the technical state of pipelines by passing an in-pipe device. Essence: device for measuring internal profile of pipeline consists of cylindrical housing, on which there are polyurethane seals, wheel supports, odometric system and at least one measuring section including lever systems uniformly installed in circumferential direction of cylindrical housing independently from each other. Each lever system includes a bracket fixedly installed on the cylindrical housing, containing a vertical axis, on which there is a rotary bracket with a horizontal axis, on which there is a lever with a pad. Each lever system is equipped with an angular movement sensor and a spring mechanism. Spring mechanism includes a tension spring connected by one end to the rotary bracket, and by the other end – to the cylindrical housing. Cylindrical housing comprises sealed flask with electronic data recording and storage equipment.
EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnostic data on measurement of internal profile due to protection against transverse loads, leading to deformation of levers, with passage of geometrical features of pipeline and due to possibility of installation of more leverage systems along circumference of housing.
