FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring equipment, in particular to the construction of the code scale of the angular displacement-to-code converter. Code scale consists of two code groups of information marks (CGIM), equal in number of steps of angular displacement, and a position group of information marks (PGIM), which are represented by repeating sequences (PS) of the encoded signals. CGIM PSs are placed on six information tracks, and PGIM PSs are on three information tracks in such a way that the information tracks of each of the information mark groups accommodates the PSs of all the three of information mark groups, placed in sequence, with a period of 120°. Number of marks of the PGIM PSs corresponds to the placement of R from p = 6 elements, 2 by 2, and in the CGIM PSs the number of marks is represented by a prime number – k = 19. In each of the CGIM, the encoded signal, corresponding to 0, is followed and preceded by a signal corresponding to 1.
EFFECT: technical result is a reduction in the width of the angular displacement step (increasing the resolving power of the angle sensor), and the number of reading elements of the code scale while maintaining the possibility of restoring the angular position on the measurement results, carried out by turning through an angle equal to the interval j=5 steps of angular displacement.
