Outer rod (4) is made in the form of a flat strand of a double right double-sided rope, and inner core (5) is a round rope of a double left unilateral spiral. Axis (6) of the cross-section of outer rod (4) and axis (7) of the cross-section of inner rod (5) are in diametral plane (8) of cylindrical trough (2). Largest diameter (9) of the cross-section of outer rod (4) is greater than diameter (10) of cross-section of inner rod (5).
