FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of manufacturing of polymeric composite materials for protection against various kinds of radiation, in particular radiation protection. Following is successively mixed: as a binder – epoxy-diane resin – 100 parts by weight, as a filler – granular polypropylene – 160–185 parts by weight, lithium fluoride – 25–50 parts by weight, as processing additives – plasticizer dibutyl phthalate – 10–20 parts by weight, as a hardener – polyethylene polyamine – 10–15 parts by weight. First, granular polypropylene is poured into the mold, after which it is subject to vibration with a frequency of not more than 18 kHz for 5–10 minutes, then a sample of epoxy-dianic resin with dibutyl phthalate is taken, the resulting mixture is heated to 70–80 °C, lithium fluoride is added thereto, the mixture is evacuated, cooled to 40–45 °C, polyethylene polyamine is introduced, then the mixture is repeatedly evacuated and poured into a granular polypropylene mold, after which the molding material is cured at room temperature for at least 24 hours.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of precise manufacturing of parts of specified sizes and arbitrary shapes, as well as obtaining a finished material with high strength and protective properties.
