FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mechanical transmissions with parallel symmetrical arrangement of shafts. Multi-shaft transmission (KP) contains the input master, slave, intermediate (1–6) and output shafts. They are installed mainly parallel to each other in the crankcase on the bearings. On the shafts (1–6), the gear wheels (16–23) are also mounted, with the possibility of selectively incorporating them into operation by means of the disc friction control elements. One shaft is installed as the central shaft (6), and the rest are located mainly around the central shaft symmetrically with the angular pitch ϕ=360°/n, where n – the number of shafts, which are located around the central shaft (6).
EFFECT: improved technical and operational characteristics of the gearbox are achieved by means of reducing the axial dimensions of the gearbox.
