FIELD: navigation system.

SUBSTANCE: method refers to the field of simulation statistical modeling of locomotive navigation systems. System implementing the method includes an indicator for displaying static characteristics, simulation module for generating output information of navigation meters, navigation module for the implementation of the algorithm for integrated processing of navigation information and the interface module that links them. Simulation module contains a block for simulating the motion of the navigation satellites of the GNSS orbital group, a GNSS measurement generation unit for simulating the output data of a satellite navigation receiver, unit for measuring the inertial navigation system (INS); formation unit of the synchronous data exchange system AZN-B measurements, locomotive trajectory building unit and a data transmission and reception unit. Navigation module includes a navigation parameter extrapolation unit, a navigation parameter filtering unit, and a data receiving and transmission unit.

EFFECT: possibility to conduct research on functioning features of the locomotive integrated navigation system at the stage of its design.
