SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway ACS, remote control and communication systems. Proposed device comprises interconnected safety control unit, amplifier, pneumoelectric valve, data central processing modules, interface of modules, motion parameter measurement modules and external device continuous channels module, unit of locomotive power automatic signaling systems and automatic locomotive integrated continuous signaling systems. Besides, the device incorporates track and speed transducer modules, locomotive location coordinates computer, route module, satellite navigation receiver, radio channel module and radio modem. Additionally, device incorporates locomotive location relative coordinates computer unit connected to interface of modules arranged inside the next track circuit.
EFFECT: higher traffic safety and speed.
