FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the methods for manufacturing control capillary leaks. Essence: the glass capillary is drawn in order to obtain the required test gas flow in the operating pressure range of the leak. Capillary is installed and sealed in the body of the control leak. Internal cavity of the leak is treated under vacuum and it is filled with the test gas, when controlling the temperature of the test gas filling. In this case, the filling pressure is selected in such a way that it does not exceed the condensation pressure of the vapor in the capillary at the filling temperature.
EFFECT: increased reliability of the control leak.
