FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the methods for manufacturing control capillary leaks. Essence: a glass capillary is drawn to obtain the required flow of gas mixture in the working range of pressure of leaks. Capillary is installed and sealed in the body of the control leak. Inner cavity of the leak is evacuated and filled with a mixture of gases. At that, after capillary drawing, preliminary measurement of its micro channel diameter is performed and minimum pressure of gas mixture filling is calculated, above which flow of filled control gas mixture through the capillary will be laminar.
EFFECT: ensuring stability and stability of the gas mixture flow when monitoring tightness and improving accuracy of the reproduced reference gas flow in the control mixture with neutral gas from the control leak.
