SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pulse technology, in particular to devices for specifying a phase shift of electrical signals, and can be used in digital control systems for semiconductor converters. Digital phase shifting device comprises diode 1, rectangular pulse shaper 2, logic element NOT 3, first 4 and second 5 short pulse shaper, first 6 and second 7 logic element AND, second 8 and first 9 summing counter, second 10 and first 11 electronic key, stable frequency pulse generator 12, RS flip-flop 13, logic element OR 14, memory register 15, subtracting counter 16, numeric comparator 17, two-dimensional memory unit 18 specifying register 19. Digital phase-shifting device, providing a virtually smooth change in the preset control angle and its high stability under conditions of frequency instability of the power supply network, has twice the time resolution (half the period).

EFFECT: time resolution is increased.
