FIELD: physics, instrument-making.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pulse engineering, particularly to devices for setting phase shift of electrical signals, and can be used in digital control systems of semiconductor converters. The digital phase-shifting device includes a rectangular pulse former 1, first 2 and second 3 short pulse formers, a logic NOT element 4, first 5 and second 6 logic AND elements, an adding counter 7, a subtracting counter 8, a numerical comparator 9, a memory unit 10, a stable frequency pulse generator 11, a setting register 12 and a diode 13. A control angle code is set at the output of the setting register 12. The device provides high-accuracy compensation for ac voltage curve distortions. The device provides virtually smooth variation of the given control angle and high stability thereof in conditions of unstable frequency of the supply mains.
EFFECT: invention broadens functional capabilities.
