Bidirectional frequency transient deviation tolerance control device comprises generator 1, terminals for connection 2, starting element 3, diode 4, limiter-shaper 5, inverter 6, short pulse generator 7, first 8 and second 9 delay elements, first 10, second 11 and third 12 logical elements AND, first 13, second 14 and third 15 memory registers, first 16 and second 17 subtractors, first 18, second 19 and third 20 numerical comparators, first 21 and second 22 setting registers, memory unit 23, stable frequency pulse generator 24, pulse divider 25, pulse counter 26, first RS trigger 27, first indicator 28, START bus 29, three-phase active power sensor 30 with digital output, first 31 and second 32 logical elements OR, electronic switch 33, second short pulse generator 34, second 35, third 36 and fourth 37 RS-triggers, fourth 38, fifth 39 and sixth 40 numerical comparators, fourth memory register 41, fourth logical elements AND 42, third subtractor 43, second indicator 44 and third setting register 45.
