FIELD: aviation; protective devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to blast reflecting devices placed on aircraft carriers and ground-based aerodromes and is intended for protection against high-speed thermal impact of jet jets of engines. Jet blast reflector consists of a foundation frame, placed on it abutments, cranks, hydraulic or electric drives, racks, panel sections of the shield, cooling plates, side shields, section supports, auxiliary section supports, side shield supports, curved levers, pushers, pipelines of the water cooling system. When the actuator rods are extended, the panel of the panel section is raised by raising the cranks and racks, and due to the kinematic connection of the pillars with the pushers, the bent levers, and thanks to the auxiliary levers hinged to the panel of the shield section and the lower part of the side flaps, it is possible to turn and raise the side flaps from the outside of the shield.
EFFECT: reduction in the spreading of the high-speed flow of starting aircraft hot gases to the sides is ensured.
