FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to airfield and aircraft carrier runway equipment. Proposed method comprises producing air cushion along the entire length of runway in aircraft take-off. In aircraft landing, air cushion is created at the runway start, while at the runway finish, air suction is created. It is quite possible to make a bit more complicated versions of distributing zones along runway wherein cir cushion and air suction are created. Air suction is more efficient if aircraft landing gear incorporates ski-frame structure.
EFFECT: expanded operating performances of airfields and aircraft carrier runways, simplified design of supported aircraft.
