FIELD: food industry; storage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a public catering thermal equipment for storing food in a heated state, and more specifically for short-term storage of ready-made snacks for beer, their demonstration and sale to the consumer at fast food enterprises, which includes heating and maintaining the temperature. Steam table for the beer factory with a tasting room contains: rack with shelfs, flooding tank, heating elements for water heating, relay for adjusting temperature and liquid level, drain valve for draining water. At the same time, the water tank is a closed vessel equipped with an inlet and an outlet that are connected to a heat exchanger circuit with two pumps connected to a relay for adjusting the temperature and the liquid level in the mantle along which fluid circulating the heat from the wort copper is circulated.
EFFECT: invention allows to keep food warm.
