FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building. Vibration isolator comprises a body and an elastic elastomer. Casing is made as a sleeve resting on upper end of resilient element, and ring connecting by means of peripheral recess casing with base. Base of the vibration isolator is mounted on the casing of the mesh dampener through an elastic elastomer. Body of the mesh dampener is made in the form of a vertical cylinder with fastening elements located perpendicular to the axis of the cylinder in its middle part. In the upper part of the cylinder there is an elastic elastomer, and in the lower part – a combined elastic element. In the cylinder there is a piston in the form of a glass with an upper and lower collars. Copper-based sintered friction material is located between the collars. Conical spring rests against the lower surface of the piston, the turns of the spring are covered with polyurethane. Cavity between the piston and the bottom of the body is filled with friction material. In groove of the internal cavity of the cylinder the lock ring is fixed. Lock ring through the elastic ring contacts the upper surface of the upper collar.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of vibration isolation is achieved.
