SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial acoustics. Technical result is achieved by the fact that the method of acoustic protection of the operator consists in that the operator's workplace is equipped with noise reduction means, while the operator's workplace is placed between the acoustic screens and thereby protects the operator from direct sound, that is distributed from the vibration equipment, an acoustic suspended ceiling is installed above the working area in the form of rocking sound absorbers that are placed in the upper zone of the room, and to reduce vibration, the operator's workplace is equipped with a floor on an elastic base. In the hollows of the floor construction, vibration damping inserts are placed, each is made in the form of a cylinder of rigid vibration damping material, that inside has axisymmetric and coaxial located an elastic core with discs, along the axis of the elastic core, the damping disks are rigidly fixed along the entire length of the cylinder cavity, while the extreme discs are fixed "flush" with the cylinder of the vibration damping material, its ends, in turn, are located "flush" with the side surfaces of the base plate of the inter-floor, and the intermediate damping discs are located uniformly with a pitch not exceeding the internal diameter of the cylinder, and the elastic core is axially symmetric and coaxially located inside the cylinder of the vibration dampening insert and is made of a combined and consisting of an elastic part in the form of a rod and a damping part made in the form of an outer coaxial shell made of a vibration damping material, for example polyurethane, and damping disks fixed rigidly along the entire length of the resilient core, are made of composite and consisting of an elastic part in the form of oppositely fixed on the elastic core discs of solid vibration damping material, for example, plastic like “Agat”, “Antivibrite”, “Schwim”, made in the form of a disk perforated frame of an elastic material filled with a mesh damping element located between the disks of a solid vibration damping material, and a damping part made in the form of a disc of a soft vibration damping material, for example spongy rubber, nonwoven vibration damping material, polyurethane, the density of the net structure of the net damping element of the disk perforated frame of the rigid damping disks filled with the mesh damping element, perform in the optimal range of magnitudes: 1.2÷2.0 g/cm3, and wire material of elastic mesh elements is EI-708 steel, and its diameter is in optimal range of 0.09÷0.15 mm, while the mesh damping element is filled with elastomer, for example polyurethane.

EFFECT: technical result is the improvement in the efficiency of acoustic suppression.
