FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to experimental oncology, and can be used to increase the osmotic resistance of erythrocyte membranes under conditions of experimental carcinogenesis of liver and oesophagus induced by N-nitrosodiethylamine. To create model of intoxication to animals together with drinking water for 4 months N-nitrosodiethylamine amine is introduced in dose of 100 mg/l, and as a means of increasing the osmotic resistance of erythrocyte membranes, polysaccharides of sweet flag are introduced with food in dose of 75 mg/kg of body weight for 6 months.
EFFECT: invention provides higher resistance of membranes, thus promoting reduction percentage of laked blood cells and increases their viability under conditions of experimental carcinogenesis.
